Perfect Little Thing offers you payment plans which enables you to pay a 25% deposit on All items you wish to secure. Payment Plans allow you to reserve items and pay them over a convenient Period of time (up to 8 weeks from date of order) , the remaining balance is due before your items are shipped to you.

When entered your order will be reduced by 75% which will become the remaining balance due before your items are shipped.
Because the items you order are reserved and held especially for you and will no longer be available for others to order, cancelled orders deposit will not be refunded.
We will always do our best to exchange sizes for you when the size you ordered is not suitable, if your size is unavailable, we will exchange (only at current selling price) your order for other items of the same value without any cancellation fees.
Payment Plan items are non refundable, no refunds will be given. We will give you a credit note to the value of the payment you have made, which can be used to spend on your next order(s)
Once you place your order we will make contact with you via email or telephone to discuss your plan in further detail and agree your instalment amount. Generally this is the balance divided equally by the number of weeks you wish to spread the payment.
For example an £80.00 Balance spread over 8 weeks would be equal to 8 weekly Payments of £10.00.
You will receive weekly updates of your plan to both acknowledge payments and remaining balance.
Please note you can always shorten the term of your plan by paying the balance early which will release your items for shipping.
Additional items can be added to your order during the payment plan period and your balance will be adjusted to suit the agreed term. Please note payment period will not be extended and all items will be expected to be paid in the original time frame agreed. This will avoid additional delivery charges to your original order.
If you wish to order more items but pay over a longer period than your current plan please start a separate plan in which a separate term can be agreed as per the original agreement terms.
Prices quoted at the time of your order is the full price you will pay. If your item goes into sale during the payment plan period unfortunately your purchase will remain as is at the time of purchase. Any promotions that take place but not valid at the time of purchase will not be applicable to your order. the price you commit to with your order is the price you pay.
